The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Scope of the processing of personal data Our processing of personal data of our clients, suppliers and internet users is limited to the data which is needed to provide a functional website as well as for the execution and completion of our tasks and services or that you have voluntarily made available to us. We process this personal data only for the purposes agreed with you or if another legal basis (within the meaning of the GDPR) exists. 2. Your rights (rights of the data subject) You have the right to demand information from us about the personal data we process relating to you. In particular, you may request information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the origin of your data. You also have the right to rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data and to revoke any consent you may have given to the use of your personal data at any time. If you are of the view that the processing of your personal data by us breaches the applicable data protection provisions, you have the opportunity to complain to the Liechtenstein Data Protection Officer. Description and scope of the data processing: 1. Provision of the website: User and utilisation data: prometra GmbH does not collect, store or evaluate any data when you access our website. Our host (HOSTPOINT), by contrast, stores data in so-called log files so that we can provide you with our websites reliably and in compliance with the law. These logfiles contain information such as: IP address (in anonymised form) Date and time Protocol information such as the protocol type, the protocol version, the desired   action, status codes or information about the transferred data (e.g. the size of a   question or an answer) Fault reports Quantity of data sent Page from which you reached our website Deployed browser Operating system utilised The data will not be passed on or used in any other way. We reserve the right, however, to check the server log files subsequently if there are specific indications of illegal use. The data will remain on the hosting systems until this is no longer needed for operational purposes and the expiry of the legally-stipulated deadlines, and will then be erased automatically. In the case of most data, this amounts to a maximum period of six months. Web analysis: Our host HOSTPOINT uses the statistics program “Logaholic” that can supply information about website visits and graphic reports. 2. Cookies: We do not use any cookies on our website. However, your browser automatically creates cookies in order to accelerate the loading of the homepage the next time you visit. We have no influence over the creation, processing and storage of these cookies. – Cookies remain saved until you delete them. If you do not want this to happen, you may use browser settings to inform you about the use of cookies, enabling you to permit this on a case-by-case basis. 3. File downloads: We do not demand any personal data from you in order to enable you to download files from our website. Data security We use SSL and/or TLS encryption within the website visit. We also use appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data from accidental or wilful manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or from being accessed by unauthorised third parties.
